Down Draft Hoods
ECOAIR Down Draft Systems are portable cooking stations, an innovative approach to food preparation. Integrated with state-of-the- art induction appliances, recirculating air-filtration, and UL-300 fire suppression systems (optional), eliminating the need for external ventilation. It’s a self-contained front-of-house cooking solution that is perfect for hotels, restaurants, resorts, cafeterias, charcoal stations, etc.
Such hoods can be installed almost anywhere. These hoods operate by filtering the exhaust air from the cooking line and discharging it back into the same space, essentially using a recirculation process.
